My Bio
Over the past 18 years, I have been immersed in local and parachurch ministries and various forms of for-profit industries, ranging from start-ups to multi-national entities. A native of Colorado, I have had dynamic and diverse positions including those of Vice President of Communications and Creative Services at Promise Keepers for 10 years, Senior Consultant to numerous book authors for Yates & Yates, LLC in Orange, CA for 2 years, President of Stratefication Inc. for the past 3 years, and President of The Thomas G. Paterson Center for 2 years.
With Tom in 2008
I was the fifth employee hired by Promise Keepers in 1991 and helped develop the event platform’s message, including theme selection, program development, speaker selection and program integration. I also led the publishing and video production teams and media and public relations entities for the ministry through the 1990’s. In 2000, I worked with numerous Christian and business leadership authors as a message development consultant and publishing plan writer for Yates & Yates, LLC, a law-firm and literary publishing agency representing over fifty of the top Christian authors in the United States. In 2002, I ventured out on my own, forming Stratefication Inc., a consulting firm focused on helping individuals and leadership teams focus, plan and execute. Additionally, I was the President of the Thomas G. Paterson Center for two years, and am now leading the Paterson legacy classes which train and equip upper level executives and church leaders in the LifePlan™ and Paterson Processes™.

As a certified LifePlan™ facilitator, I have guided over 250 individuals in 14 years through a two-day intensive life perspective and life purpose process. As a certified Paterson Process™ facilitator, I have worked

I have a B.S. in Biology from Colorado College with honors (cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa). I earned my Masters of Divinity with honors from Denver Seminary. I continue to serve as a protégé and partner with Tom Paterson, an established strategic process facilitator for Fortune 500 companies, author, and inventor. I have been married to my best-friend and bride, Janet, for 24 years and live in Lafayette, Colorado with our 20 year-old daughter, Jordan, and our 18 year-old son, Pearce.
